The Woman Behind Every Tiffin
Sadia grew up in Lahore, Pakistan, where her love for cooking started in her mother's kitchen. That's where she learned food is never just a meal, it's comfort, connection, and home.
After moving to Canada in the early 2000s, she spent years cooking in kitchens across the city, from Mediterranean spots to traditional Pakistani tables. Then the pandemic changed everything, and she found herself starting over.
What began as a handful of home-cooked meals for neighbours became a name the whole GTA now trusts.
Today, Sadia's Tiffin Service is a true family business built on that same home cooking. Her daughters Hira and Rida now run the day to day, from customer service to logistics, so every tiffin that reaches your door still carries their mother's touch.

Delivery runs Monday through Thursday, right to your home. Order ahead of your chosen day to lock in your spot.
Pick any two of the four delivery days, and instead of one big drop we'll send your order in two smaller trips, so every meal reaches you closer to the day it was cooked.
