Saturday by midnight to get your first delivery on Monday. If you miss the Saturday deadline we will give your missed meals on the next available delivery day available together.
All V.I.P members get a V.I.P ID that you submit when selecting your meals. This allows our team to match your ID with your delivery plan and your customer order adjustments (i.e - extra Rotis)
DISCLAIMER: You must select your meals at least 36 hours in advance from your first delivery day of the week. If you do not see your first delivery day available on the calendar when adding meals to cart and placing your order. This means you have missed the deadline... not to worry we will send your missed delivery day meals with your first delivery of the week.
You will get billed at the end of your 4 week cycle on Monday's.
Yes you can cancel or pause anytime before your auto bill date. Although, there are no refunds… any remaining balance can be put on a gift card that can be used at any time in the future.
